Body Strength Exercises Every Woman Should Do Daily

What will 6 simple exercises completed in 10 minutes a day (all together or broken down throughout the day) do for your body? Regardless of your current level of fitness, how will you feel at the end of the week having completed these 6 exercises 6 days out of the week?

Body Strength Exercises are great because we can do them daily. Many focus on multiple, large body group muscles. Building strength a bit slower than traditional strength training, but nonetheless, creating a body-mind connection with nuero-muscular improvements and oxygen flow inside the body. Health benefits and increased awareness for physical activity results from our small daily physical ritual.

We're headed into the Holiday season of average 10 pound gains. My proposal is that we not fall into the norm and make our next two months shine with increased activity. My goal in the next two months is to complete these 6 exercises every day (on top of current exercise plans) before I lay my head on my pillow. Would you like to join me?

1. 30 Jumping Jacks
2. 25 Squats
3. 25 Pushups
4. 50 Lunges
5. 25 Crunches
6. 30 Second Plank

Thanks Leah. Keep up the great work. After more research, I realize that it's a myth of ten pound gains. The Holiday gain is on average about a pound. Ladies, it's manageable! Enjoy the holidays!

Great list - I've been doing short strength workouts focusing on upper body, adding the squats and lunges would really even out my routine.
