Andrea Kruse Mamavation Grad - Food & Exercise Journal 2/6

As all the Mamavation Moms are finding, it is hard to fit it all in! I think as a grad it is even harder. I don't have the same push and encouragement. It is a much more solo journey. But, as Leah mentioned, no one is responsible for me, but ....me!

Tonight I will not make it to bed by 10 pm, but I will start tomorrow fresh and I can work at fitting more movement in.

Andrea Emilien Mamavation Mom - Day 7: 2/6/12

Hey everyone!

Started my meal plan from Alysa today.  So far so good!!

Laura Lohr Back to the Grind 02/06/2012

The weekend was fun, but busy.  Partially, I don't feel like I got a weekend to get caught up.  I need to do some grocery shopping and I am exhausted lately.  Here's to getting it together, because life isn't going to slow down!

Pipi Adams Need my baby steps again.

Again I don't really have much to say. I'm in a funk of sorts.

I was all ready to write this post last night which is very early for me, but then my daughter's temp spiked and I spent the night caring for her instead. So here I am scrambling to get it done at the last minute.

I still haven't weighed myself. I said I wasn't going to until the next 2 week challenge. I'm afraid this isn't a good idea for me, but I'm sticking to it.

Laura Lohr Family Fun Day 6, 2/5/2012

I had the best day today with my family.  My mom and dad came down to SD with their FOUR dogs.  We had six dogs here on our little suburban property.  It was pretty hilarious.  We usually have our two dogs come to their house and let them run around with their four dogs on their acre of land.  Here in suburbia, we don't have that much land, but they didn't seem to care.  It was fun to watch them all play.

Andrea Emilien Mamavation Mom - Day 6: 2/5/12

Hi everyone!

Well, I had grand plans for my pizza dinner.  BUT.....I think I waiting too long to eat and ruined everything.  The good things?  I ate within my calories.  I passed up on the chocolate chip cookies my husband just made and I worked out on every commercial during the Superbowl.

Andrea Kruse Mamavation Grad - Food & Exercise Journal 2/4

A day late... and a few calories short... and empty.  

Yesterday I went up skiing with my family. It was a last-minute trip with my husband who puts on a learn to ski day with the local X-Country ski club. We bundled up the kiddos, packed the ski trailer and everyone's skis. Even my 4-year old went straight into the tracks, found a club member and took off down the trail!

Hi everyone!

Another day down.  Today was a good day.  Went to the grocery store for a few things this morning - got some beets, kale, grapes.  I didn't buy too much because I was waiting for my plan from Alysa.  I got it today (YAY!!!!) and will go back to finish my grocery shopping on Monday.  No way I am trying to go to the store tomorrow with the crazies.

Laura Lohr Run Mom, Run Day Five 02/04/2012

I ran 6.21 miles today without stopping.  It was hard and I did want to stop toward the end, but I didn't.  I kept going!  I have been exhausted all day because I left everything I had out there on the course.  It was an awesome race.  I was able to really enjoy the race and keep my head straight.  I am making progress!

Today was a great day. I do not have any complaints.  I have so much to be thankful for.  It is not perfect, as most things.  It's a learning process. I am so glad it's Friday! Day 4 and things were busy! Isn't Friday always busy? For our family that is usually a night out, grocery shopping and planning out the weekend and coming week. Andrea Emilien Mamavation Mom - Day 4: 2/3/12

Hey everyone!

Today was a better day because while my husband did work for a couple of hours, he is home during my favorite binging time.  This weekend will be good because he doesn't have to go back to work until Monday.
