what a groovy couple of weeks it has been. there have been a lot of parties and I noticed last night that I have not had any issues with too many sweets or anything. I have actually been to a few events (like last night) where I have not had any sweets or easy carbs like breads. I mean I have not totally abstained all month, but I have been very choosy and able to walk away from them most unless I plan for them.
it has simply been a very mindful time over here in our neck…
