Did you think I disappeared? Well, I am getting smaller but hardly invisible. I don't think there is enough time in a day to keep up with everything right now. Working outside of the home while maintaining two sites and being the mamavation mom is about to kill me...lol. I'm tired of complaining about time too - I think I'll just create a new timing system. I was busy today trying to get caught up on my social network I run wit @StacieinAtlanta. We got a lot done though, so that felt good and put my mind at ease a bit.



I'm going to California next Sunday for work and I've contacted the hotel to ensure they have a fitness center. I don't want to take the week off because I know I would lose momentum. This morning I was ill. The tempura from yesterday killed me! I also woke up with headache from you-know-where, but I beat it!



Food:




Breakfast:


1 orange

1 egg & 1 egg white omelet with onion, pepper, and mushroom

1 c. coffee with non-dairy creamer



Snack:

pita and hummus

Busy day again at work today. I'm going out to dinner tonight with some friends for sushi!



Food:



Breakfast:


2 c. raisin bran

3/4 c. skim milk

1 c. coffee with non-dairy creamer



Snack:

pretzels and low fat sharp cheese (yum)



Lunch:

PBJ (whole wheat bread, 1 T. Organic PB, 1 T. All Fruit)

About Me: Tell us about yourself and your family.
I'm 44 and my hubby is 31. We have one son who is 7 and I have a son from a previous marriage who is 17 years old. When I had my first son the pregnancy was really tough and I did 6 months of bedrest that resulted in an extra 100 lbs. I lost some of it after he was born, but never got to my pre-pregnancy weight. When my second son was born I had gestational diabetes and actually lost 19 lbs by the time he was born. However, after cutting out all that sugar for 9 months giving birth was my invitation to have a milk shake and I gained 50 lbs. after having him.

I need a lifestyle change that will allow me and my family to live a long, healthy life and that time is now.
