Falling off the wagon!

So apparently when I fall, I fall hard. I went from no fast food, no soda, working out 6 times a week, and staying fairly active all day to McDonald's twice, Wendy's once and restaurant food twice! Not a good week for me. I would LOVE to blame it on my husband, seeing as he is leaving for the next 6 weeks and he insisted we eat all of his favorite things before he leaves. So it's been a great week. I don't think I've lost any weight, but I've decided to stop weighing myself. I'm doing the absolute best that I can and that is all that I can do anyway isn't it? My husband is a helicopter pilot in the U.S. army. I am originally from Wisconsin. That is how I know Trayce Skogstadt aka Trulytrayce. I have a 10 month old son that I LOVE. I am currently in my last year of nursing school. I want to be a good example for my son and can't wait until I look as good as I feel! I used to teach dance and run all of the time, but since I've moved to Alaska 3 years ago, it's only been off and on. I want to exercise more frequently. I am all about love and gratitude...

Going (or should I say getting) Strong

Week 1

Wow! It's been a week already! So, I had an OK week. I started doing Jazzercise. I only was able to attend 2 classes this week, but I'll take it! I am in my 3rd semester of nursing school and had clinicals/tons of homework that kept me busy Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, but for those days I did the Total Body Makeover videos and jumped on the treadmill for a few minutes.
