- Fitness-wise - I did start well before the kids were born, and had a disciplined aerobics/pilates and small-weights routine, up until I was about to deliver my first child. Then it went downhill from there. Can anyone relate?
What I do - I write several blogs for b5media, one of which is about Children's Health (www.kidshealthnotes.com). The site helps me (as I help others too) take care of my family's well being.
