I am a Stroller Strides owner and instructor. We offer stroller workouts for moms that consist of power walking and body toning exercises using resistance bands and the environment. I also teach Prenatal Yoga, Mommy and Me Yoga and Kids Yoga. Fitness, aerobics, weight training and yoga for the whole family!

It fits in with what you do, for sure. :) I've probably signed as many books for grown-up "girls" as I have for younger girls! I love that groups are coming together to support one another and spread healthy messages to our communities. It takes a village, afterall!
Girls on the Run is what inspired We Are Girls Who Love to Run - and its founder, Molly Barker, wrote the foreword for the book. :) It is a fantastic organization!
